This resort had a great water park that is ideal for families. The room was clean with nice decorations. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The infinity pool area for adults was a nice amenity for singles and couples.

Facility is new and beautiful, but staff is little lazy, no one offers you drinks or trying to help. Once you’ve got a room, you are on your own

The infrastructure is amazing… pool, private beach, jacuzzi, view, the bedroom, the cleanliness… everything was perfect.

Lots of amenities, clean, modern, spacious. Easy to order food and drinks from wherever you are in the hotel as different bars etc, very easy and good atmosphere.

At check-in, we received an upgrade when they found out we were there for a birthday celebration! Majority of the staff were very friendly at reception, within the water park, towel hut, pool side restaurant, etc. Everything in the hotel was brand new and well thought out. The Small waterpark is a great feature, beach access great, rooms and furnishings were comfortable and great. There are enough activities to keep you busy for a few days. After our stay, we have recommended the place to 2 others who ended up booking at Margarita ville.

Breakfast was nice. There could be a little more options with white meat Eg: turkey beacon/Veggie meat/turkey/chicken hotdogs.The hostess is friendly, show warmth and rendered assisting as needed...The atmosphere is pleasurable and relaxing.. Please dont change..

The rooms was clean and spacious. The door man was so helpful and friendly, I believe is name was Avan. He gave great restaurant suggestion and was very attentive.
